OPEN POSITION
Lead Skincare
Specialist
At our skincare clinic, we are looking for a skincare obsessed, motivated and goal-oriented individual who can ensure our clients and our team feel welcomed, comfortable, and supported throughout their entire journey with us.

The ideal candidate should have:
- previous experience as a cosmetologist, *minimum of two years
- excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- experience in customer service
- positive + encouraging attitude
- ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- excellent organization skills
- deep knowledge of skincare ingredients and techniques
- ability to create a plan of action for clients
- experience in sales positions is a plus
- experience in team management is a plus
- good computer skills
- speak german and have good english skills for our international clients

Responsibilities include:
​
- this position requires regular attendance and timely arrivals due to the nature of the position
- lead the team of skincare specialists
- train skincare specialists, as needed
- reply to client email questions or concerns
​- warmly welcome clients upon their arrival
- perform skin consultations and identify clients skin
type + needs
- make honest recommendations for skin care products and treatments based on clients’ skin type and concerns
- rebook clients for following appointments
- explain treatment processes, skincare product ingredients, and application methods of products to clients
- assure the clinic + treatment rooms are kept clean and properly stocked at all times
